When I put these pages together each day,

 my goal is to make your day

just a little better. My pages become special,

because you are here.

As I begin my page today - I would like to quote from

another friend that I met on here some years ago.

Many of the things you view daily come from her

sharing with me. A wonderful individual she is and

has been quite nice, kind and generous to me. Here

is a quote from a note she wrote to me yesterday. For

many reasons it rang true to me and made me realize

just how important it is that I continue what I do

here daily. 

"Seems that as situations escalate all around us,

people will need your inspirations more as days

move along, for strength and courage to keep 

going .... so what you began those years ago is growing

in importance in my estimation ...

"what the doctor ordered."

I thank her beyond measure for inspiring me often

and for aiding in my creation of my Daily Dose.

For privacy I will leave her name anonymous. 

In 1964 - Live from New York, The Beatles made their

first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show. It drew

a whopping 73.7 million viewers!

the Sylmar earthquake that registered 6.4. on

the Richter Scale.

In 1971 - The Apollo 14 spacecraft returned to

Earth after mankind's third landing on the moon.
